Directions for Use

Dosage varies depending on what you want to achieve from the capsules. As a standard requirement we would recommend taking 2 capsules daily in order to supplement your body to a basic level. For users with joint pain and aggressive skin conditions we would recommend between 3-4 capsules daily. Up to 6-7 capsules can be taken daily however we would recommend starting with between 2-4.
