Payment

Payment must be recieved in full before any goods can be dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them. We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods is registered. There are NO exceptions to this rule. Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully insured courier service, within normal business hours. A signature at the address will be required. The charge for delivery will be shown at the payment stage by your chosen payment gateway (PayPal, Google Checkout). Unfortunately Collagen UK cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. The delivery charge shown is a standard charge and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery date from the time you placed the order. All delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability and stock backlog. Unfortunately Collagen UK can in no circumstances therefore compensate for delayed orders. Damages/Shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Contract

When you place an order with Collagen UK, your desired payment gateway (PayPal, Google Checkout) will send you an email confirming reciept of your order. It will also contain the details of your order such as items ordered. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you an email confirmation that we have dispatched the order to you. The acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a confirmation email to be dispatched do not form part of the contract.
